This was a major undertaking as the bathroom was large at 16 ft x 13 ft and the remodel included tearing out everything down to the dry wall. Throughout the engagement from design to completion, communication was excellent. Keith Vierling and his team were always easy to connect with and make changes or decisions as the job progressed. This communication continued after completion and the job was paid in full. Suffice it to say that customer service is at the forefront for this company. We were scheduled to begin work four months after design was complete. The company reached out to me after three months and asked if they could start a week early! The crew was on time every day and completed the job on the exact timeline originally quoted. They cleaned up after themselves everyday and left the work site in order each and every day. In this day and age where every contractor over promises and under delivers, St Charles Kitchen and Bath is beyond reproach. All the work completed was top notch and they stand behind it to the point of ultimate customer satisfaction. Needless to say, our final product is gorgeous and we couldn’t be happier with the outcome or with our selection of St Charles Kitchen and Bath.
