My husband and I started the process of finding a company that could remodel our master bathroom only a couple of months ago. When I contacted Keith at St. Charles Kitchens and Baths, not only did he respond in a prompt manner, but we were able to get the process of getting quotes and drawings quickly as well. He worked very closely with us to maintain our budget and also provided us with so many different examples of high-end products and materials. We knew very quickly that this was the company we were going to use. The bonus factor was that they could start and finish the job in an extremely reasonable timely manner due to me being 7 months pregnant. When the time came to begin the job, Keith and his crew could not have been more accommodating and professional. They were highly respectful of the extenuating circumstances of Covid, and made sure to follow all necessary guidelines. Every day, the crew was prompt, well put together, and a group of guys that could be trusted to be in my house. They worked extremely hard all day and cleaned up when they were finished for the day. Keith would come on site periodically to make sure that we were happy with the progress being made. They helped us tremendously with a few extra projects that were not talked about in the beginning but jumped in to help when we asked. The job was completed in a week, and it is absolutely gorgeous! We could not be more thrilled with the outcome and still talk about what an amazing experience it was working with St. Charles Kitchens and Baths. We have a couple of other projects coming down the pipe, and there is no doubt that we will be using this company again. Thank you so much for making a construction project easy for once!!
We updated/remodeled our kitchen after 25 years. St. Charles Kitchen and Bath was our first stop since they had updated our two baths. When we arrived there we found it was under new management. Keith Vierling introduced himself and listened to our dreams, then brought us back to reality. He asked us to come back in a week. Keith had a plan on paper...we chose colors and materials. A start date was chosen.. That date came and at 7 a.m. the K-Build team was at our door ..laying tarps, making sure to always respect our home. By days end our old kitchen was gone. Next day this outstanding crew was measuring and laying the new floor and...its beautiful! We are so happy and satisfied. One day my wife and I had to leave the house and not a thought was given to ...will it be OK. K-Build and St, Charles K&B both have years of leadership in St. Charles County. Leadership of these two companies is strong and proud of their work which is reflected in the crews that come to your home.
We are very pleased with the results. The crew members were very hard working and professional, taking care of our property while they worked and tidying up each-and-every day. They also were very skilled and particular about their workmanship. We enjoyed working with St Charles Kitchens & Baths on this bathroom project and will consider them whenever there's more to be done.
We are very happy with the beautiful frameless shower we had put in our Master bathroom. The K Build crew was exceptional in their workmanship and how respectful they were of our home and cleaning up each day before leaving. Our neighbors are anxious to see the results and we can't wait to show off our beautiful new bathroom and recommend St. Charles kitchen and bath to them all!
Dave & Cindy have done several projects for us around our home. Pleasure to work with. We appreciate the attention to detail, timeliness and genuineness, which is hard to find these days. I was able to trust them and their crews in our home. Crews were always clean and respectful. Very pleased!!!
I met Sam as I was leaving the subdivision. Sam and his partner were just finishing up whenI rreturned, I stopped and asked how it went and if they had any problems. The initial request was to have the wire buried and to stabilize the beam lights. Sam did not see why the wire was necessary, so it was taken out. A new outlet was put in at the front of the monument years ago by another electrician, so we had more electric for Christmas lights. The beam lights are turned off when Christmas lights are on because they are too bright. Sam understood why the wire was needed, he put a new one in. It is hard at times to go behind another electrician work. Sam and his partner were very easy to talk to and looks like they did a great job. (I will know more when we put up the Christmas lights). Thank you. I will use them again if needed.
We were very pleased with how our master bathroom remodeling turned out. We were provided expert help and guidance during the planning. Nate and his work crew did an excellent job and consulted with us during construction to make sure it turned out the way we wanted. They had great attention to detail and were very neat and clean. We highly recommend them!
I would absolutely recommend using St Charles Kitchen and Bathes. The entire experience was positive from start to finish. My bathroom was completely gutted and remodeled in basically five days and looks amazing!!!! I am so impressed with the sales and contractors. I can’t say enough good things. I would definitely use them again!
St. Charles Kitchen and Bath and their installers from K-Build are extremely professional, talented and attentive! The assistance from Keith to pick out the materials for our master bath reno was easy and pain free. He took what I had in mind and laid it out on the table in front of me. The installers from K-Build are dedicated to St. Charles Kitchen and Bath and you could not ask for better people to be in your home. They were prompt, courteous and attentive to their work and our home. They worked the whole day - there was no chatting it up, dilly-dallying around or multiple breaks. We were extremely impressed with the entire process. I would definitely recommend them to anyone in need of kitchen or bath updates.
Keith and the team from St. Charles Kitchens and Baths did a great job on our kitchen remodel. Keith was very responsive and professional, answered all of our questions, and provided great advice. I used St Charles Kitchens and Baths for my kitchen and was so happy with the entire process and the work quality that I returned to them for work on my bathroom. I requested the same 3 men that completed my kitchen. Nate, Eric, and Lucas were prompt, clean, courteous, detail oriented, and communicated with me daily about progress and ideas. I am very impressed with how well they cleaned up as well! There is always residual 'dust', but they really work at minimizing any mess. From showroom to finish, the process was great.

The work you did in our home this June, kitchen countertop and new bathroom, was excellent! From the very start, we have been so pleased with your service. Qualities that come to mind immediately are: conscientious, detailed, thorough, exact, attentive, honest, dependable, and caring. The team of 3 clean-cut young men got the job done in a timely manner. They were very hard-working and polite, which is rare to find these days. You as a husband/wife team made this process comfortable and fun! Communication skills throughout the project were outstanding. We were always kept well-informed of progress. I must admit that taking on such a huge project is a little intimidating, remodeling three rooms is not something you do every day. Several friends have told me horror stories about their remodeling situations that have gone bad with incomplete or sloppy work. My fears were put to rest immediately upon meeting you both. You made this process affordable, fun, and stress free. I am enjoying my kitchen and both bathrooms and have gotten so many wonderful compliments on how AWESOME my kitchen looks. It has been a pleasure working with you both.
